Pulsing Through

Pulsing Through emerges from the Paradise Palace Curatorial Intensive led by Hayley Ferber and Lu Solano, where five artists came together to shape a collective vision. Featuring works by 18 artists across painting, drawing, ceramics, sculpture, collage, and printmaking, the exhibition unfolds as a shared act of listening and response.

The works move between inner and outer worlds—between body and spirit, memory and matter. Tender figures and ghostly presences appear and dissolve, tracing the fragile space between what is held and what slips away. Storytelling pulses through material and form, binding personal memory to a larger, shared experience.

Marks are made and remade through touch: surfaces burned, scratched, rubbed, waxed. Lines flicker between urgency and care. Skin and cloth carry their own histories. Together, the works ask how we leave a trace, how we stay connected, and how we tend—quietly, insistently—to a collective pulsing spirit.
